Can we get samples before placing a full order?
We have a full set of "Measuring Guides" available here & we welcome you to get in touch if you have any questions regarding sizing etc.
What is the minimumorder quantity?
The minimum order quantity for Bespoke Kits is 10. There is no minimum we can supply for Team Merch as we have in house Design / Production facilities for Print & Embroidery. Please contact our sales team for more information or advice.
Do you have a physical store?
Yes we do, you are more than welcome to make an appointment to come to see us.
2. Design and Customisation
How detailed can our design be?
Our advanced printing and manufacturing processes allow for highly detailed designs. Our design team can guide you through what is possible.
Can we use our own logos and sponsors on the kits?
Absolutely. You can email us your logos and sponsor graphics during the design process. We recommend high-resolution files for the best results.
Are there any restrictions on colour choices?
We offer a wide range of colour options from our “Design Templates” which you can customise to any colour combination. If you have a specific colour in mind, you can share the Pantone code with us, and we will match it as closely as possible.
3. Ordering and Production
What is the lead time for an order?
Lead times vary depending on the product and order size. Typically, it ranges from 3 to 4 weeks from design approval to delivery. We’ll provide a more accurate timeline with your order confirmation.
How do we place an order?
Once your design is finalised, you can place your order directly through our Sales Team who will assist you through the process.
Can we re-order more items in the future?
Yes, reordering is simple. Your designs and previous orders are saved to make the process quick and easy.
3. Pricing and Payment
How is pricing determined?
We offer transparent pricing and quotes upon design along the way.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and online payment platforms. Specific options can be discussed during the ordering process.
5. Shipping and Returns
Do you ship to all of the UK?
Yes, we offer UK wide shipping. Shipping costs are fixed per order.
What is your return policy for bespoke items?
Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted except in cases of manufacturing defects or errors in your order. Please contact us immediately if there is an issue with your order.
